Guillaume POITRINAL
Chairman of the Management Board and CEO

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Unibail-Rodamco Management Board since June 26, 2007.
Mr Poitrinal is a graduate of HEC Business School. He joined Unibail in 1995 as a project manager in the office of the CEO. Thereafter, he became Head of Corporate Development and Planning (1997), Executive Vice President - CFO and Head of the Office Division (1999), Managing Director (2002) and CEO (2005). He became Chairman and CEO of Unibail on June 30, 2006. Before joining Unibail, he spent three years in the M&A and Corporate Finance departments of Morgan Stanley in London and Paris. Michel DESSOLAIN
Member of the Management Board - COO

Chief Operating Officer of Unibail-Rodamco Management Board since June 26, 2007.
Mr Dessolain holds a masters degree in law and is a graduate of the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics. He joined Unibail in 1997 as Head of Espace Expansion Products and, in October 2000, was appointed Head of the Group’s shopping centre division. He was previously Director of International Development and Real Estate for Habitat, leading the brand’s expansion throughout Europe. He started his career with La Caisse des Dépôts & Consignations as a technical manager, then as a property expert. Michel Dessolain, born in 1956, is French.

Bertrand JULIEN-LAFERRIÈRE
Member of the Management Board - CDO

Chief Development Officer of Unibail-Rodamco since September 1, 2008
Mr Julien-Laferrière holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, a master of science from UC Berkeley and a MBA from Insead. He joined Unibail-Rodamco in November 2007 as Chairman of Unibail-Rodamco Development. Prior to that, he was Chairman and CEO of CGW Gestion d'Actifs and CEO of Bail Investissement Foncière. He has also held senior positions at Club Méditerranée, Accor Hotels and Ricardo Bofill Architects.

Catherine POURRE
Member of the Management Board - CRO

Chief Ressources Officer of Unibail-Rodamco Management since June 26, 2007.
Mrs Pourre is a graduate of ESSEC Business School. She has a law degree from the Université Catholique de Paris and holds a French CPA degree. She joined Unibail in 2002 as Executive Vice-President in charge of Finance, Human Resources Management, IT, Legal and Property Engineering. She was previously Executive Director of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young France and, prior to that, spent ten years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Catherine Pourre, born in 1957, is French.

Peter VAN ROSSUM
Member of the Management Board - CFO

Chief Financial Officer of Unibail-Rodamco Management since June 26, 2007.
Mr van Rossum is a graduate of the Free University in Amsterdam. He has a masters degree in business economics and a postgraduate degree in accountancy (Dutch CPA). He joined Rodamco Europe on April 1, 2006. During the previous 24 years, he held international financial positions with Shell in Europe, the Middle East, the United States and Asia, most recently as Regional Finance Director for Shell Exploration and Production in Asia and the Pacific. Before that, he was CFO at NAM, the Dutch upstream joint venture between Shell and Exxon. He was a non-executive member of the Board of Woodside Petroleum in Australia from 2004 to 2006. Peter van Rossum, born in 1956, is Dutch.

Jaap L. TONCKENS
Member of the Management Board - General Counsel

General Counsel of Unibail-Rodamco since September 1, 2009. Mr Tonckens is a graduate of the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and of Emory University in Atlanta (USA). Prior to joining Unibail-Rodamco in 2009, he was a managing director at Endurance Capital, a private equity firm in New York. From 1994 to 2008, he worked at Morgan Stanley & Co., first in London and then in New York, where he was a managing director in Leverage & Acquisition Finance for Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets Group and acquired extensive experience in evaluating and executing highly complex initial public offerings, debt and equity financings, spin-offs, restructurings and M&A transactions. Prior to that, he worked at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York and Paris for more than four years. Jaap Tonckens, born in 1962, is a dual Dutch and US national.
