The Property, Maintenance & Works teams are in charge of construction, extension, renovation and maintenance of the Group’s assets.

• Ensuring that programmes respect the Group's high quality standards and are delivered on time and to budget
• Overseeing the work of lead contractors and taking responsibility for project management
• Controlling the seamless technical operation and maintenance of assets
• Implementing the Group’s health, safety and environmental risk management policies.
