Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer
Member of the Management Board since June 1, 2011.
Prior to joining Unibail-Rodamco, Mr Cuvillier held various positions within the Kering Group (formerly PPR) from 2000; including CEO of FNAC (2008-2010) and CEO of Conforama (2005-2008). Prior to Kering, he spent 14 years in the Luxury Products Division of L’Oreal, both in France and abroad including 8 years in senior management positions. Mr Cuvillier became member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Unibail-Rodamco on June 1, 2011. He held this position until April 25, 2013 when he became Chairman of the Management Board and CEO. Born in 1962, Christophe Cuvillier is a French national and a graduate of HEC.
Jean-Marie Tritant joined Unibail in 1997 in the Offices Division, initially as Project Manager, then as Asset Manager and Head of Asset Management. He later became General Manager of the Office Division and then Managing Director Retail France (2007). In 2012 he was appointed Managing Director Retail and Offices France. He became member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer on April 25, 2013. He holds a degree from ESC Dijon and a Master’s degree from Paris I-Sorbonne University in Commercial Real Estate, a qualification recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Born in 1967, Jean-Marie Tritant is a French national.
Mrs Pourre joined Unibail in 2002 as Executive Vice-President in charge of Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal and Property Engineering. She became member of the Management Board and Chief Resources Officer on June 26, 2007. She was previously Executive Director at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young France. Prior to that, she spent ten years as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is also since 2011 a member of the Neopost SA’s Supervisory Board and Audit Committee. Mrs Pourre is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and holds a degree of chartered accountant (French CPA). She also holds a Master’s degree in law from the Université Catholique de Paris. Born in 1957, Catherine Pourre is a French national.
Jaap L. Tonckens joined Unibail-Rodamco’s Management Board as General Counsel in 2009 and then became Chief Investment Officer in 2010. He was promoted Chief Financial Officer on July 1, 2012. He retains the supervision of the Group's investments in his current position. Prior to joining Unibail-Rodamco he was a Managing Director at Endurance Capital, a private equity firm in New York. Then he worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. (1994 - 2008), first in London and then in New York, where he was a managing director in the Leverage & Acquisition Finance department. Prior to that, he worked at Shearman & Sterling in New York and Paris for more than four years. Jaap Tonckens is a graduate of the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and of Emory University in Atlanta (USA). Born in 1962, Jaap Tonckens is a Dutch and US national.
Olivier Bossard joined Unibail’s Office Division in 1998 as Portfolio Manager, then became Head of Asset Management (2003) and Deputy General Manager of the Office Division (2005). He was involved in the Unibail-Rodamco merger as Executive Vice President in charge of Unibail Development and Strategy (2006). He later became Managing Director of the Office Division (2007) and Managing Director of Development (2010). He became member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer on April 25, 2013. Before joining Unibail, Olivier Bossard spent 2 years at Paribas as a Portfolio Manager. Prior to that, he worked for 7 years at COGEDIM (French developer) as Project Manager. He holds a degree in architecture from Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Paris, and a degree in History. He also holds a Master’s degree in city planning and urbanism from Sciences Po Paris. Born in 1964, Olivier Bossard is a French national.
Fabrice Mouchel joined Unibail in 2001 as Head of Corporate Development. In 2002 he became Head of the Financial Resources and Investor Relations Department. In June 2007 he became Deputy Chief Financial Officer. On April 25, 2013, he became member of the Management Board. Prior to joining Unibail, he was Vice-President of Mergers and Acquisitions at ING-Barings (1997-2001). Before that he was a lawyer in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Gide Loyrette & Nouel (1994-1997). Fabrice Mouchel holds a degree from HEC Business School and a Master’s Degree in Law. Born in 1970, Fabrice Mouchel is a French national.
