Guillaume POITRINAL
Chairman of the Management Board and CEO
Chairman of the Management Board since June 26, 2007. Chief Executive Officer since April 28, 2005.
Guillaume Poitrinal joined Unibail in 1995 as a project manager. Thereafter, he became Head of Corporate Development and Planning (1997), CFO and Head of the Office Division (1999), Managing Director in charge of all operations and finance (2002). In April 2005, he became the CEO of Unibail and took over the Chairmanship of the Board of Directors on June 2006. On June 26, 2007, upon the merger with Rodamco, Guillaume Poitrinal became Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of Unibail-Rodamco. Before joining Unibail, Guillaume Poitrinal spent three years in the M&A and Corporate Finance departments of Morgan Stanley in London and Paris. Born in 1967, he is a graduate of HEC and holds a master degree in law. He was also the Chairman of EPRA (the European Public Real Estate Association) till September 1st, 2011. Guillaume Poitrinal is French.
Christophe CUVILLIER
Member of the Management Board - COO
Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Unibail-Rodamco since June 1, 2011.
Prior to joining Unibail-Rodamco, Mr Cuvillier held various positions within the PPR Group from 2000; notably, CEO of FNAC from 2008 to 2010 and CEO of Conforama from 2005 to 2008. Prior to PPR, he spent 14 years with the Luxury Products Division of the L'Oreal Group, both in France and abroad. Born in 1962, Mr Cuvillier is a French national and a graduate of HEC.
Michel DESSOLAIN

Member of the Management Board of Unibail-Rodamco since June 26, 2007. Chief Strategy Officer of Unibail-Rodamco since June 1, 2011.
Mr Dessolain holds a masters degree in law and is a graduate of the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics. He joined Unibail in 1997 as Head of Espace Expansion Products and, in October 2000, was appointed Head of the Group's shopping centre division. From June 26, 2007 to June 1, 2011, he was Chief Operating Officer of Unibail-Rodamco. He was previously Director of International Development and Real Estate for Habitat, leading the brand's expansion throughout Europe. He started his career with La Caisse des Dépôts & Consignations as a technical manager, then as a property expert. Michel Dessolain, born in 1955, is French.
Catherine POURRE
Member of the Management Board - CRO
Chief Resources Officer of Unibail-Rodamco since June 26, 2007.
Mrs Pourre is a graduate of ESSEC Business School. She has a law degree from the Université Catholique de Paris and holds a degree of chartered accountant (French CPA). She joined Unibail in 2002 as Executive Vice-President in charge of Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal and Property Engineering. She was previously Executive Director of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young France and, prior to that, spent ten years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is currently also a non-executive board member of Neopost SA and a member of its Audit Committee. Catherine Pourre, born in 1957, is French.
Jaap L. TONCKENS

Chief Investment Officer of Unibail-Rodamco since October 16, 2010.
Mr Tonckens is a graduate of the University of Leiden in the Netherlands and of Emory University in Atlanta (USA). He joined the Unibail-Rodamco Management Board on September 1, 2009 as General Counsel and retains the supervision of the Group's legal affairs in his current position. Prior to joining Unibail-Rodamco in September 2009, he was a managing director at Endurance Capital, a private equity firm in New York. From 1994 to 2008, he worked at Morgan Stanley & Co., first in London and then in New York, where he was a managing director in Leverage & Acquisition Finance for Morgan Stanley's Global Capital Markets Group and acquired extensive experience in evaluating and executing highly complex initial public offerings, debt and equity financings, spin-offs, restructurings and M&A transactions. Prior to that, he worked at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York and Paris for more than four years. Jaap Tonckens, born in 1962, is a dual Dutch and US national.
Peter VAN ROSSUM

Chief Financial Officer of Unibail-Rodamco since June 26, 2007.
Mr van Rossum is a graduate of the Free University in Amsterdam. He has a masters degree in business economics and a postgraduate degree in accountancy (Dutch CPA). He joined Rodamco Europe in April 1, 2006. During the previous 24 years, he held international financial positions with Shell in Europe, the Middle East, the United States and Asia, most recently as Regional Finance Director for Shell Exploration and Production in Asia and the Pacific. Before that, he was CFO at NAM, the Dutch upstream joint venture between Shell and Exxon. He was a non-executive member of the Board of Woodside Petroleum in Australia from 2004 to 2006. Peter van Rossum, born in 1956, is Dutch.
