The Investment teams work on strategic deals that can involve hundreds of millions of euros and help to ensure that the Group's operations are profitable.

• Co-ordinating the acquisition process, particularly with regard to financial modelling, due diligence, tax and legal optimisation, negotiation and contractual achievement
• Managing financial performance by validating investment projects for existing assets, such as developments, extensions and refurbishments
• Monitoring the performance of the Group's assets and challenging short and long-term value creation strategy
