Development Concept Studio

The Concept Studio's mission is to support Unibail-Rodamco's Retail Development and Operational teams on a pan European basis. The focus is to enhance the poly-sensorial experience of Unibail-Rodamco's shopping centres customers and increase the Group's retail portfolio value, by means of excellent retail design and innovation.

Concept Studio is both a design support department and an innovation centre. Its multicultural, creative-innovative design team is able to:

• Consolidate and develop Unibail-Rodamco's unique know how in retail design
• Support efficiently Unibail-Rodamco retail property development activities all over Europe
• Collaborate with the most talented architects and designers
• Contribute to the value creation process
• Contribute to Unibail-Rodamco sustainability efforts by means of design.

Concept Studio supports Unibail-Rodamco Development and Operation teams from feasibility and pre-development studies up to schematic design phase, according to the 5-year plan vision for long term value creation.
